quick to read, and under my control.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I plan to use it for essays, project notes, useful discoveries, and ideas that
become clearer through writing. Some posts will be polished. Others will simply
record what I learned while working through a problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The site itself follows the same philosophy. Each post begins as a Markdown
file, and a small static-site generator turns it into the page you are reading.
There is no publishing dashboard and no database between the words and the web.&lt;/p&gt;
